Unlock Your Core Values With a Values Sort Therapy Exercise

Whether you're a mental health professional, or want to take your first step in self-exploration, Values Vault Cards will help you on your journey.

The Core of Who You Are

In my clinical work, I often saw how difficult it was to put words to what truly mattered. Lists felt flat and impersonal. I wanted a tool that felt tangible and engaging, something that brought values to life. These cards were created to help you gain clarity and make decisions that align with what matters most to you.

What is a Values Sort?

Sort through the cards by ranking each card in order of importance—from "most important" to "least important." After some thoughtful and challenging reflection, narrow it down to the 5-10 core values that truly define who you are. These are your "core values".

How it Helps You

Defining your core values helps you gain clarity on what truly matters to you, guiding your decisions, actions, and goals. It allows you to align your life with your authentic self, leading to greater fulfillment and confidence. When faced with challenges or tough decisions, your core values act as a compass, helping you navigate life in a way that feels meaningful and true to who you are.
