Whether you're a mental health professional, or want to take your first step in self-exploration, Values Vault Cards will help you on your journey.
In my clinical work, I often saw how difficult it was to put words to what truly mattered. Lists felt flat and impersonal. I wanted a tool that felt tangible and engaging, something that brought values to life. These cards were created to help you gain clarity and make decisions that align with what matters most to you.

The Experience

01
Choose the deck that matches your intention. From finding out more about yourself to career goals.

02
You'll filter out the the things that are more or less important, until you are left with the core principles that truly drive your happiness.

03
After the exercise you'll have taken a look inside your vault. Use it as a filter for your career, your relationships, and your daily boundaries.
Sort through the cards by ranking each card in order of importance—from "most important" to "least important." After some thoughtful and challenging reflection, narrow it down to the 5-10 core values that truly define who you are. These are your "core values".
Defining your core values helps you gain clarity on what truly matters to you, guiding your decisions, actions, and goals. It allows you to align your life with your authentic self, leading to greater fulfillment and confidence. When faced with challenges or tough decisions, your core values act as a compass, helping you navigate life in a way that feels meaningful and true to who you are.
