We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your Values Vault Cards, we offer a return and refund policy under the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused, in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging, and in resellable condition.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@valuesvaultcards.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@valuesvaultcards.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund.
Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if you'd like a different product.
